We were able to enjoy a nice break in December, traveling
back to Illinois to visit with family and friends. We celebrated
Christmas at our house and then with each side of the fam,
so no shortage of presents. We had a nice time. Then we
headed back to Michigan. It was nice just having a few
days to relax. We caught Alvin & the Chipmunks when
we were down in Morton and the girls and I went and
saw the Princess & the Frog. Both were good. Progress
on the basement remodel is coming along nicely and
I'm super excited for it to be done. It was a little hard
getting up to go to work last week, hoping that gets
easier. Happy New Year!
